I do not consent to nor do I authorize the use of any of my work for the purpose of selling or promoting NFTs. You may not use anything you commission from me in the creation or distribution of NFTs or other crypto-related ventures.

I do not consent to nor do I authorize the use of any of my work for the purpose of training or use in AI databases. You may not use anything you commission from me to feed into an AI generator.

Payment will be accepted through Paypal Invoices. 50% of the payment is required up front - the other 50% is to be paid upon completion. (For doodles and emotes, 100% of the payment is required up front.) Your commission will be delivered via your preferred method (discord, email, etc) when the final invoice has been paid.

Please allow at least 3-5 weeks for your commission to be completed. (If the queue is short, or your commission is not that complex, it is most likely that it will be finished far earlier than this.) If your commission is fairly complex or is comprised of multiple orders, it might take longer.

If you wish to negotiate a specific deadline outside of the above margin, a rush fee will be added to your request. I will not take work that requires a less than two-week turnaround, so please plan accordingly.

No refunds will be given once the commission has progressed to the lineart stage. (For doodles and emotes, no refunds will be given at all.)

You will receive status updates and previews of your commissioned work during the following stages (provided they exist for your tier): sketch, cleaned lineart, flat colors, final approval.

You are allowed three changes / alterations to the commission (this doesn't include pointing out a detail that I missed or asking for certain details to be emphasized) - beyond that it's a $10 additional fee.

References must be provided (a reference sheet, picrew, or amalgamation of stock photos and mspaint stick figure drawings all count as good refs). A written description is also acceptable, provided it is highly detailed (include pose, specific colors, expressions, etc.)

Commission work may be streamed live on my twitch channel - please indicate to me up front if you'd prefer that I not stream your comm!

Commission work may be used for my own self-promotion, either on my social media sites or as a part of my portfolio - please let me know if your commission needs to remain confidential until a certain date (surprise gift art, vtuber debut work, etc).

You, the commissioner, have my express permission to reupload any work you have commissioned from me at any time, provided that you give credit to me and link back either to my carrd or Twitter. You also have my permission to use the work you have commissioned for any non-commercial means (i.e., profile pics, banners, twitch panels / stream cards, PNGtubing etc.)

If you would like to use my work for merchandise (stickers, buttons, shirts, etc.) then a commercial fee must be added to your commission request. This fee will be negotiated if your commission request is accepted.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
